2Days-1Night Rinjani Mountain Trekking Package – VIA SEMBALUN

Climbing Rinjani Mountain takes time, energy and of course cost quite a lot. But for those of you who love the beauty of the natural landscape especially in one of the best trekking spot in Indonesia namely Rinjani Mountain, all of those cost is fair price to pay to have the inner satisfaction that is unbearable in your heart. 

If your interest cannot be hold anymore to climb the second highest mountain in Indonesia in which its beauty is already well known to the international realm, here is the climbing itinerary for two days and one night visit for you. To facilitate the first day of your trip, it is better for you to stay at a hotel around the area in the foot of Rinjani Mountain, in the village of Senaru or Sembalun before you start your trip on the first day.
Itinerary:

FIRST DAY: SENGGIGI HOTEL – SEMBALUN
We will pick you up from the hotel around 6.00 AM local time to check out and begin the journey to Plawangan Sembalun Rinjani with a height of 2639 meters above sea level. Once arriving in Sembalun Lawang, while waiting for guide doing registration at the Rinjani Trek Center, you can rest for a moment to prepare your stamina before starting the trekking. After registration, you will be invited to start the trekking. 

After approximately two hours of walking, your will arrive in Post One and rest for about 5/10 minutes to prepare your stamina to go to the Post Two and Three. In Post Two you will rest for 10-15 minutes before heading up to Post Three. The target is the group can arrive in Post Three at 13.00, then you will have a break for lunch for approximately one hour in Post three. The trekking will continue around 14:00 PM local time. 

After walking about three hours from Post Three, you will arrive in Crater of Plawangan Sembalun Rinjani around 17.00 and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery on the crater of Rinjani while waiting for the sunset, and at that time the porter and guide set up tents for resting and preparing for your dinner.

SECOND DAY: CRATER OF PLAWANGAN SEMBALUN 2639 masl – HOTEL / AIRPORT / TRAWANGAN
In the morning you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sky with solar pillars that looked because of sunrise from Plawangan Sembalun. After breakfast in Plawangan Sembalun, you will be given time to admire the beauty of nature there as well as picture hunting before returning to Sembalun. After the activity, you will return to Sembalun Lawang via the same route as you climb. Estimated time to get to Sembalun Lawang is about six hours. 

On arrival in Sembalun, you will rest for a while before heading to the hotel. After the break, you’ll be taken directly to the hotel by a driver by a car that waits in Sembalun Lawang. You will arrive at the Hotel and the package is complete.
